Nominations are being accepted for the 2026-27 PTA Executive Board. Below are available positions and their respective duties. Please click here to nominate or self nominate for any of the positions. Board elections will be held at the May 21 General PTA Meeting. 

President
The President leads the PTA and works with the Executive Board and committees to advance the mission and activities of the organization .

Vice President
The Vice President serve as aide-to-the-president; be responsible for aide-to-the-president; and preside in the absence of the president. 

Secretary
The Secretary maintains the official records of the PTA and ensures the organization stays compliant with Texas PTA requirements. 

Treasurer
The Treasurer manages the PTA’s finances and ensures all funds are handled responsibly and in accordance with PTA policies. 

Parliamentarian
The Parliamentarian helps ensure meetings and decisions follow PTA bylaws and proper parliamentary procedure.

Se aceptan nominaciones para la Junta Ejecutiva de la PTA 2026-27. A continuación, se detallan los puestos disponibles y sus respectivas funciones. Presidente
El presidente dirige la PTA y trabaja con la Junta Ejecutiva y los comités para impulsar la misión y las actividades de la organización. Presidirá las reuniones de la Junta Ejecutiva y de los miembros y garantizará que haya quórum antes de realizar cualquier actividad.

Vicepresidente
El vicepresidente actuará como asistente del presidente; será responsable de su asistente y presidirá en ausencia del presidente.

Secretario
El secretario mantiene los registros oficiales de la PTA y se asegura de que la organización cumpla con los requisitos de la PTA de Texas.

Tesorero
El tesorero administra las finanzas de la PTA y garantiza que todos los fondos se gestionen de forma responsable y de acuerdo con las políticas de la PTA.

Parlamentario
El parlamentario ayuda a garantizar que las reuniones y las decisiones se ajusten a los estatutos de la PTA y al procedimiento parlamentario adecuado.
